Early run and actually got in some morning miles on a weekday! Ran the first 4 with Mike C before turning around - should have ate something before this one. Drank a lot of water - the sun is brutal this time of day. I'd rather run in the evening when its 10 degrees warmer but less/no sun.
Still working on the ITB/TFL area along with outer quad and getting some good results so far.
This heat is killing my weekly goal - feeling kinda fatigued.
