Left knee and not real sure at this point. Major tightness/knots/pain in inner quad.
Knee pain is on inside of the cap. Unable to draw leg back more than 45 degrees without some discomfort/tightness.
Wrapped over night and iced, more to follow today with ibuprofen.
Walking isn't a problem, going down stairs is.
Hoping this is just related to the quad and a strain/sprain of some sort. Doesn't seem to follow the symptoms of other common knee injuries...perhaps a tendinitis of some sort.
