Surprised to find that the legs felt very springy and ready to go. Cool temps helped a ton and I maintained a pretty steady pace and then ended the last 2 right around a 6:50 pace. Thought stomach was going to get upset but it hung on. Diet was goofy as I was planning around a mid-day run which never happened due to some network issues.
Solid run and much quicker than I've been most of the year on a training run.
