Worked from home today with an early start so slipped out for a mid-afternoon to take advantage of the sunshine and 45 degrees.
Found a strong pace and was able keep it going...releasing some of the chest/ribs made a big difference in breathing. I'm pretty sure a lot of this tight tissue will rebound right back to it's old tight spot but each release does seem to make a small dent (if I stay diligent).
