Diaphragm got really tight toward the end...tried to push the breathing intensity just a bit and not quite ready for that it seems - was good to see that I could keep the 6/6 but I think I ended up losing the deep diaphragm breathing and ended up going a bit higher and into the chest. I think that kept the pace from jumping...when I was more relaxed and deeper the pace was the about the same (and it felt easier).
