Treadmill

Notes

Opted for a treadmill run for the softer surface and also as good way to test out the new shoes.

Quads were pretty wrecked most of the day but started loosening.

Shoes felt pretty good and legs started feeling great after a couple miles. Should be able to resume normal training soon. Probably another very easy run tomorrow, but perhaps longer.
