Notes
Intended on only 11, but got about 1/2 mile away and realized I'd forgotten my reflective vest. Turned around at the .5 mark, got the vest and started back on the same route.
Found a pretty good pace off and on tonight but seriously considering a bigger taper than originally planned. My legs are fatigued and I'd rather not race on them without being a bit more fresh.
Calves feeling banged up again. Stopped to stretch after the 1st slow mile and then toward the end.
Very windy tonight with another big moon.
