I've seemingly started to turn a corner with my issues. TFL / minumus region (not sure exactly as it varies a bit) is still off on right side and a couple very minor knots further into butt. Psoas work continues to yield improvements however the issue may extend into quads a bit (especially on right side).
Getting kinda excited about these quick improvements.
