Notes

Smooth and relatively slow first 3 miles...tightness hit hard and was causing some discomfort. Took a stretch break and found a much stronger pace and felt good.

Tried 2 x 20 second strides after and just no pop in the legs. Will likely do some strides again tomorrow and will play the rest by ear. Perhaps a short tempo in the next few days.
