Notes

Slowest run in a long time got started feeling smooth comfortable and intending to go slow. By the end I was ready to be done...super tight shoulder/back muscles and lots of leg tightness

Tried out a different route and found the conrad station nature perserve (in the dark). Supposedly there is a trail there as well as some others in the area....I'm hoping to check these out in the the daylight.

Calves felt fine when running but have really knotted up and causing foot tightness.
