Progress I suppose. Tendon feeling decent this morning but some ache. Swelling came down even more. Lower legs feel fatigued, not surprising given the extra work. Things started improving a bit after 2 miles or so.
Effort didn't feel smooth overall but the pace is pretty strong overall at a good HR...I let things get a bit quicker on the last mile...breathing muscles might be tight?
Will continue with the current approach...limited stretching, lots of rolling/massage and lots of targeted lower leg work.
