Notes

Still struggling to get everything back in order but the training is improving steadily - when I have a chance to stretch, massage and strengthen I'm seeing big differences.

Aside from the really strong Monday run and mileage, not really the week I wanted as I missed my tempo, didn't do any hills/strides, skipped strength work, and slacked on massage/stretching. The ankle flareup and knee discomfort really hampered any chance of getting in quality work and running in vegas just wasn't what I had hoped for...

I'm planning to bear down the next couple of weeks and really try to get rid of these off/on issues, get back on track with strength work and not miss any workouts (unless recovery dictates). Hoping to get back into the morning stretch/massage sessions as well.
