6:00am run. Kept it slow. This run let me know that I have NOT recovered from my marathon. Legs felt flat. Had some minor aches and pains in my hips and legs...but what I'm most concerned about is my right achilles. It's pretty sore. I ran this same hilly trail yesterday, so I'll probably have to cut back on the hills, unfortunately, until it starts feeling better. May have to cut back the running, too. With the Lake Youngs Ultra in less than 3 weeks, I don't want to injure myself. Came home and ate 4 eggs, 4 sausage links, 3 strawberries, 1 whole english muffiin, 1 pc toast, juice and 3 cups of coffee. Urp.
