Sydney, Australia. What a magnificent run! Started out by the Sydney Opera House and ran through the Royal Botanic Gardens. This could be a site for a long run of any length as long as I don't mind covering the same awesome territory again. I finished off with stretching on the stairs of the Opera House. There was a great outdoor cafe for breakfast of coffee, raison toast, and muscli. I'll be back.
I re-learned that if my legs feel heavy and sore I should stop and stretch. After I did this my legs felt much better.
