ASICS Gel-Kayano 14 (Blue)
Eagle River, AK. Ran 2 miles at 6.4 mph and the rest at 6.0. Felt really good and even ran a mile longer than I had planned. No more TV, but I do like the MP3! I'm recovering well from my achilies tendonitis.
