Tokyo, Japan. Went out easy, but I felt so good I ran to a comfortable hard level. I focused on my core for strength up the hills and tried to take off the stress on my lower legs. Tomorrow I'll know how I did. The best thing I learned today was the visualization of a helicopter with a rope attached to my chest at a 45 degree angle pulling me along. That sets me right with my hips and back with one vision. I also seem to do better if I do my isometric exercises before my run.
