Oakland, CA. Emeryville shoreline to Berkeley Marina. Worked butt muscles by extending leg behind body on the pushoff. Rt hamstring was sore at end of run. Rt Achillies became sore toward the later miles. Keep working the posture. Felt solid for most of the run. Next long run.....Narita.
