Eagle River, AK. Stressed posture. Head straight and eyes on the horizon. Shoulders down and relaxed. Hips (pelvis) neutral (don't spill the marbles). Slight tension in the abs. A deep breath will naturally force the upper chest into the correct position. Tomorrow I'll try this again on my long run and see how much endurance I have.
