treadmill. one mile @ 9:05. wanted to run 20 minutes @ 7:15, but ended up running about 4 minutes at that pace. then finished what was left of the second mile at about 10:00. calves were sore going in. feeling leg pain in the shin afar that. not ready to press this hard at all.
