Notes
ok so there it is. 1000+mile week and a 3200+mile month. convert that to running and it's a 330 mile week and a 1100 mile month without impact or a whole lot of hills or speed. i guess it tells me it is a safe training approach as i don't feel like it is burning me out. i also realize this is not completely transferable to the real world and i would never get this done outside unless i lost all obligations. so...what will need to happen here is that i will have to keep spinning thru the summer as well as bike out to get this mileage in and not stop like i have.
what's funny is...i really didn't want to stop today and sitting here is bothering me.
