The first 15 minutes of the tempo run was really good, but then I began to get really exhausted and my pace slowed down. My right knee also began to bother me a little bit. It felt different than usual. Maybe it was because of the cold and I was running stiff. So I tried to loosen up a bit.

Nice job with this run. The tempo workouts will get easier with mileage. You are doing fine. Let's keep taking what the knee will give you. Try not to fight it. Work with it. With time it will work it's way through.
