75F 90%H 72DP, at the Peachtree Ridge HS track. Protocol was 3wu+4MP+1cd+4(400MPw400cd). Couldn't really hit the 9:00 mpm pace. I did for the last interval, but look at the heart rate. :-( Really confused about where my anaerobic threshold is. Wish I could get it accurately measured. I was doing the talk test at 141 and it seemed ok, although I have trouble believing that my AT could be that high.
Using the heat/pace equivalence table, for 75F the pace should have been 9:12, but my average for the last 3 miles of the MP portion was 9:09.
Really confused about this AT thing.
