Treadmill at work, doing a Conconi test since the winds today are forecast to be sustained in the 20s with gusts up to 40. Screwed up the start of the test because I forgot to use the workout and also screwed up the end by somehow getting the machine down to a pace of over 23 mpm. Seems I did that by hitting the slow down button perhaps too many times in a row or something.
The inflection point is not clear. It is either 139/141 or 141/143. But I notice the max heart rate jumps from 136 to 139 when the regular HR changes from 135 to 137. Only confusion here. It does seem I was working harder for the same pace than I was on 04/02 by several heart beats per second.
