Notes
Did 4 on the treadmill at work, actually 1wu+2MP+1cd. Was supposed to do 2wu+8(400@5kw400r)+2cd = 8 miles, but with my hamstring as sore as it was yesterday I didn't want to risk it. In fact it bothered me yesterday when I tried to do a mile at MP, but backed off after half a mile. Today it was fine. I did a couple miles at MP just to test it. Also, I think I need to do lower mileage during marathon week. I have a note from my last Lake Wobegon marathon that suggested that I shouldn't have done 10 miles 6 days beforehand, but of course during that run I was in afib (in case that had anything to do with it.)
