68F 99%H 67DP, at the Peachtree Ridge HS track, doing W2D5 3wu+4MP+3cd. Had a bread attack last night which caused me to add about 4 pounds. Sigh... So my heart rate was WAY to high for the mp miles. I'm sure I was anaerobic. Can't have this. I'm going to need the heart rate to at least stay in the 133 - 134 or so range. I have to take the weight back off so the heart doesn't have to do as much work to stay at that pace.
