As mads said: this is a true barn burner workout. The last 400 should have been faster and I could have pressed harder instead of trying to stay in control as much as I did. I need to be able to go crazy mode at the end of races. I think it was still a pretty good workout and it certainly matched a race effort. I love stuff like this but it's gonna be the last one for a while because I should be eligible soon.
