Feeling more like myself again, decided to throw in that fast last mile just to remind myself not to give a fuck. Running at my pace again is nice. Still feeling a little sore in the legs but I am confident that will dissipate over the duration of next week. I am kind of happy that I don't need to run 90+ mile weeks during track because I am not racing for 5 miles. 1609 meters is God's distance.
