The only thing that needs to change at nationals is to lose about 15 seconds in this race. Everything felt so easy and so smooth. I'm pretty happy with it but sad that I was 5 seconds off the record and nobody even told me during my race. Please tell me when I can be on record pace next time :].
I will probably win nationals in this so the hard part is going to be coming back in the 5k the next day.
