Sharp pains in the small of my back. Felt okay when I first woke up, but during my shower I must have tweaked it. Hurt to stand or sit, and especially moving between the two. Started feeling better by the end of the day.
Went on-site for the day so there was a lot of sitting in the morning and walking in the afternoon, and sitting in the car.
Slept with a big pillow under my knees.
SATURDAY: feels better, but still sore when high-knees.
