Winds W 9 G 23 MPH
Couldn't finish the route--left shin/calf pain and stiffening. Near the end I was starting to play and I could feel strange things happening in other parts of my legs and feet. Walked home. Didn't fully warm up before initially stretching and I may be slightly dehydrated.
