Felt like garbage today, but made it through okay.

I know it's not the end of the week, but I just want to review how it went.

So far, it was a pretty solid week. I mean I didn't have to worry about doing any workouts, so it was pretty easy. The one thing I really need to start working on is doing strides/form drills, core and RECOVERY!!! I started a new job this week as a stocker for a store in town and I've been working around 7-8 hours, which is awesome! I'm happy that I'm making money, but it's just a little difficult to get all of my training and getting ready for work at 9:00. I've been waking up pretty early to get a good run in and maybe some weight lifting, but it just seems like I don't get a chance to get some of the little things in. I'll either have to start doing them more before work if I get the chance or do them after work. Overall though I just need to recover. After doing a run and going off to work for 7+ hours it does a toll on your body. Gotta work on that. Cheers.
