Temp 41 (35) Wind 8 mph.
Medium Long Run with Stuff. Wait out the heavier rain wave, take off during the break, and only catch a few light sprinkles for several minutes in the middle. Was nice to steal an extra 2-3 hours of sleep this morning.
1) Take a 20:00ish minute route to the track.
2) About 12:00 minutes of drills and strides.
3) 2 x 6 laps at HM/15K effort with a 1 lap jog interval (7:07 / 7:05).
4) Another 30:00+ jogging.
One quarter and two pennies.
