Temp 36 (33) Wind 4 mph.

Track Intervals. Out of sorts again this morning. Diet? Other than some baby spinach, a banana, and a sweet potato, ate so much crap yesterday that would have been better off literally eating crap. Jog to the track and take two laps to prime mechanics for warm up.

Workout: 1 x 200 (7:12) / 1 x 400 (7:00) / 3 x 800 (6:53/6:38/6:36). Took 200 jog intervals between each.

Cool down is indirect jog back to the house.
