Track Intervals. Jog to the track and take two laps to prime. Surges/strides on the straights. Walk recovery on the first lap, jog the turns on the second.

Workout is 2 x 200 and 4 x 400. One lap in the middle lanes = 400. Taking 200 recovery jogs after each. Flip directions after first 400.

Average paces on 200s -- 7:15 / 6:53. Average paces on 400s -- 6:59 / 6:45 / 6:41 / 6:40.

Easy 15:00 minutes back to the house for cool down. Some rolling and wobble board with post-run stretch out.

Summer humidity hanging around. Fatigue continues to build as end of cycle approaches. Only a couple of weeks into new low body strength movements. Legs getting heavy and paces slowing. As should be expected. B+/A- execution this morning. No concerns over numbers on a watch.
