AT Tempo on Track. Warm up with a jog to the track and two laps to prime. Tempo of 25:11 minutes at 7:12 average pace with splits of 7:03 / 7:18 / 7:11 / 3:43 (7:14). Started out too fast. Had to check down and regroup to stay at AT for full workout. About 18:00 minutes of jogging to get back home.
