Notes

Not just cold, but windy cold with snow pack. Not up to going outside.

Incline bench, dumbbell press, cable extensions, overhead extensions, dumbbell curls, reverse crunches, crunches, and bridges.

Got through two set, then during rest interval squatted down to move stepper on floor. Lower back locked up when in down position and entire left side went numb. Took about ten minutes to get feeling back in leg. Able to walk and move again, but extremely sore.
