AT Tempo Intervals. Two objective for the day: (1) Running at AT, and (2) Continue to synch with new Hanzos. Jog to the track and take a lap surging on both straights and walking the turn in between.
AT Format will be roughly a 12/2/12. Six laps in lanes 5/6, jog about 500m, flip and hit six more. Just running and hitting lap button. Will check out the numbers after the fact.
(1) 1.71 miles at 6:58 average pace.
(2) 0.27 miles at 8:03 average pace.
(3) 1.72 miles at 7:00 average pace.
Physically healthy, mechanically sound, and effort sensors sharp. About as good as it gets. Cool down with a 1.80 miles jog back to the house.
