Long Run. Same trio back together third week in a row. Nothing to do today except get time on my feet. Ran the warm-up and cool-down with the crew, part of each of their workouts, and some solo miles. Did get about three in at 6:40ish and 6:30ish. Was going to go full two hours, but close enough. Found a dime.
