Long Run. CBEM post-race day with nothing much to do but run, chat, and explore. Just as muggy as yesterday, but without all the rain. Somehow, I'm just as wet when done?
North out and back on the trail. Check out the COR 5K course, the new trail extension, then hit some unpaved trails in the woods behind Cape Co Park in violation of some unknown MO Penal Code. Nearing eight miles when arriving back at base. Quick hydration and split up, CC Champ for drills and striders, me for more time on my feet.
