Pre-Race Sharpening Day. Early summer continues. Legs are game, but ready for a day off. Warm-up jog to the track with two surges on the straights. 2.29 miles in 20:15.

Workout is 12 x 200+ (0.13) w/ Equal Distance Jog Intervals. Plan is to work at controlled and efficient 5K turnover. Setting up so that straights will be against the wind on each one. On the track, so not wanting anything slower than 0:47 (6:02). Good target for low-end is 0:45 (5:47).

Screwed up Garming settings. First one 0.20 and stopped at 1:10. Back on task: 46 / 45 / 46 / 44 / 43. Flip it: 44 / 44 / 44 / 46 / 44 / 42. Last one more increased focus than increased effort.

Cool-down lap and jog home. 1.98 miles in 19:08. Tough course on Saturday. Should get good idea where I am.
