Temp 61 Winds Calm.
Time on Feet Run/Walk. Playing this by ear to test my current limits. Using one lap in whatever lane to = 400, slowly progressed run/walk intervals from 400/400/800/400/1200/400 to 2 x 1600 @ 8:28 & 8:41, then finished with a 300/800 @ 8:35. Have a baseline now to start working to a weekly "long run" of at least 90:00 minutes. After running yesterday morning, did walk another 3-4 miles in afternoon with the wife. Be interesting to see what I can do on the track day after an off day.
