Temp 40 Winds Calm.

Track Intervals (6 x 200). Jog over to the track and take two laps of strides on the straights to prime. Keeping it simple. 6 x 200 with 200 jog intervals. Focus on "good" over "fast". Average Paces = 6:46 / 6:43 / 6:36 / Flip / 6:33 / 6:16 / 6:30. Kinda coasted in on the last one. Easy trot back to the house for the cool down. One penny in the street in the middle of nothing.
