Temp 71 Wind 3 mph.
6 x 1:30 minutes @ 5K pace (6:00 m/m) with 3 minute jog recoveries. Tried all day to come up with a way to use my Garmin to get anal about this. Finally figured out that if I run in lane 1, I should end at the same spot on the track I started the 1:30. Duh.
Little fast on the first one. Closer on number two. Nailed the last four. With warm-up and cool down, a little more difficult that what I thought this would be.
