Temp 33 Winds Calm.

Speed Work. Warm-up = 20:00 minutes (2.24 miles). Two striders on the straights on the track. First time on track's brand new surface. Tight, lost some acclimation to the cool air.

Workout is 6 x 1:30 On / 1:00 Off. Rep (On) Paces = 6:12 / 6:05 / 5:57. Flipped directions. 6:04 / 5:52 / 5:52. Yeah, there is a "re-learning to ride a bike" aspect to this stuff.

Down = 19:42 minutes (2.20 miles).
