Temp 61 Wind 5 mph.

Run, Walk, Drills, and Striders. Legs remain a tad rubbery from the weekend, but get to go to the track today! Walk the first 10:00 minutes, then jog the rest of the way to the Jr. High at 8:52 pace.

Two full low impact drill sets adding fast feet and high knees to skipping, butt kicks, shuffles, backwards, and carioca. Did two 100m strides after each set and jogged the turns in between. Turnover not as quick as this past weekend. Topped at 5:40ish, but mostly hovering around 6:00 flat. Need to get "taller" and still wanting to be timid at first signs of form breakdown.

Cool down jogging back towards house at 8:37 average pace, then walked the last 10:00 minutes and change.
