Temp 30 Wind 3 mph.

Track Intervals. Jogged to the track and took lap to hit a couple of surges. Workout was 12 x 200 with 200 jogs. Jogged back to the house for the cool down.

Will just say that overall execution, while not perfect, more than sufficient to achieve the desired effect. No sense in logging numbers as something was obviously wrong with my watch. (1) route to the track was at least 0.10 - 0.20 miles further, (2) 12+ laps around the track in outside lanes is much further than 3.09 miles, and (3) I do not run 200s at 7:00+ average pace.
