Track Intervals. Workout = 5 x 400 (one full lap in middle lanes) w/ 200 jogs. Flipped directions after each. Average Paces: 6:52 / 6:54 / 6:39 / 6:34 / 6:31. Calendar says time to move speed workouts into lightest weight trainers enroute to racing flats. Look to be in good place. Wearing bulky, hard sole NBs in the foggy darkness on less than 100% recovery. Typically worth 0:20 - 0:10 seconds off real race pace fitness.

Just a hunch, but betting it ain't the mask-resistance folks being the assholes and cutting to the front of the vax lines...
