With 14 x 100 Strides. About 20:00 minutes jogging to warm up. 14 x 100 strides on the track with walk recovery on the first two and walk/jog recovery on the last twelve. Turnover at 6:3X - 6:2X on my best ones. Jogged another 30:00 minutes before calling it a day. Not a zero...one penny.
