Hour Continuous Run with Tempo in 20/24/16 Format. Tired legs, but good attitude heading out. On the track after 2.51 miles at 7:59 average pace.
Sailing in lane 8 with Paul S. hammering intevals in lane 1. Two old men doing some real work. For whatever reason, was "on" today. 3.75 miles at 6:24 average pace. Take that any day, much less on tired legs on first warm weather workout of the season.
Jog home = 1.95 miles at 8:11 average pace.
