Temp 62 Wind 8 mph.
Recovery Run. Warmed up with static and dynamic stretching, HS PT, and core exercises. Kept the run to the flatter streets. Don't remember which day it was, but re-dinged the right big toe end of last week. Gonna cottle it next few days. Sunday PM - Mustered up the energy for 6 x 12 squats and some ankle strenghting exercises.
